A: We will send you the spare parts by free if during warranty period. We also send the spare parts if beyond warranty period ,however it is charged. Any problem, you can call us directly.

A: Surely our machine can be customized as your need. It is available to put on your logo.
3.May I know which payment will be accepted by your company?
A: T/T and L/C are optional , 30% advance and 70% for balance payment is available.
4.About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?
A: Warranty time is 12 months or 1500h working time, all parts are free in this period, we will give 2% discount for clients if they handle problem themselves, we have several after-sale service centers all over china and the world, you will get timely support for any problem.
